Queenston Place

Existing old plaza requires substantial renovation at the previous Target store. That was opportunity to take whole site into consideration and create contemporary new shopping destination. The site required vertical accent with the signage for exposure to the main street. On the side blank elevation the new display portals where created. All stores got brand new individually custom made facades. Some elements of previous Target store where preserved and integrated into new facades to reduce overall building cost creating unexpected visual effects.
