Loblaws Plaza

Large site at the intersection of Merivale and Baseline Road creates focal point for the adjacent traffic. The high visibility of the site required proper exposure of the elevations. Extensive program changes at existing building was opportunity to open up facades and create welcoming feel. The north part of the building with fitness, Pet Valu and Starbucks was treated in similar design language as main site anchor Loblaw store. Corrugated metal and glass with different color application is primary material as well for the South Merivale elevation.
