The retrofit of the classical flat and low height strep plaza include addition of new glass canopy with signage band. Support for structure was extended from existing columns cladded with perforated stainless steel. Idea was to create vertical passage and elevate property from depressed site. New fresh ultramodern face of the building emerged completely changing visual appearance of the shopping plaza.
